Return Policy

All returns are subject to approval by IF SOHO staff.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days from date of receipt. All merchandise must have original IF SOHO and designer tags still attached. Returns should be sent with a copy of the original invoice, for proper credit.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the client at their cost. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.

All SALE items are final sales and not eligible for return.

Unfortunately, there are no returns for items shipped outside of the United States.
